“Distance”is a typical music video for a commercial music industry.In this project I tried to get keywords from the lyrics that can provide inspiration for the images.The song “distance” uses the intention of “snow” to convey the emotions of one party in a secret love affair, struggling with pain.

界门纲目科属种 – Griffo

The visual design concept is based on my visualization of the “Ontology” music album, and the setting creates an independent worldview with “Ontology” as the source point.I use a two-lane structure to describe the positive and negative, i.e. the “virtual” and “ reality” worlds, from the parallel to the interpenetration of each other’s timeline, which connects the whole album.The use of natural elements in the visualization is a questioning of what we can see in our daily lives, where “growth” and “genetic sequences” may no longer be the prerogative of living things.The “physical body” with VR glasses is not a container for each of us to carry our consciousness.It expresses the philosophical thinking of “Truth becomes fiction when the fiction’s true”.
